* 4 Night minimum stay required, except summer which is weekly.
* We accept cash, personal and traveler checks.
* We do not accept credit cards.
* All rentals subject to 9% Maine state lodging tax.
* Each additional person is $100.00 per week, or $25.00 per night.
*Rates are for up to 4 people, additional persons extra. (Rates subject to change without notice.)

*Kayaks, canoes, row boat and life jackets are free to use after signing liability waiver. Life jackets must be worn when on the water.
*Cancelation Policy: Notification 30 DAYS prior to arrival date for a full refund.

Inside amenities: Microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, washer/dryer, pool table, wet bar, color TV in most rooms, DVD/VCR/stereo, wood for fireplaces, linens, towels and sheets.

Outside amenities: Gas grill, patio furniture, outdoor fireplace, two kayaks, two canoes, row boat, life jackets, docks/swimming area and a 16' Motorboat rental is available. Our 16' aluminum Starcraft-center console - 40HP, 4 stroke mercury holds up to six people.

We now offer our "Guest Cottage" to renters of Lakeside Cottage for an additional fee. This is a great opportunity for you to bring along friends or family to enjoy your stay at the lake. See information below.

Our "Guest Cottage" is available to rent ONLY if you are renting our main cottage. It is a great opportunity for you to bring along friends or family that you don't have room for in the main cottage or would like separate living quarters.

This cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with full size gas range, fridge, garbage disposal, and dish washer. The open living room has a full size pull out couch for extra sleeping and a gas fireplace. A closet contains a full size, stackable washer/dryer. A spiral staircase leads to two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each, and a full bath with tub/shower combination. Both levels have open decks facing the water.

We do require that adults must accompany any minors that stay in the "Guest Cottage". Rates subject to change without notice.

Relax, rejuvenate, restore and renew! Nestled on Donnell Pond in Franklin, Maine, our lakeside cottage offers privacy, peace of mind and serenity. Just the place if you are looking for a true get-a-way to spend time with family and friends. Also great for group retreats and family reunions!

Our lakeside rental offers waterfront access and outside amenities to make your stay more enjoyable, including a fire pit, kayaks, canoes, a row boat and the option to rent our 16' motorboat.

Donnell Pond is 3½ miles long with over 1100 acres of water full of trout, perch, salmon and bass. You will also find remote sand beaches and hiking trails nearby on Schoodic Mountain. Enjoy the serenity while listening to the loons and spotting an eagle or two!
