WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS (personal check, money order or cash ok when paying balance).
THREE NIGHT minimum stay except during summer, which is by the week only. Two night minimum in winter.
Rates are based on listed number of people. Each additional person is $100.00 per week or $25.00/night.
Kayaks, canoes, and row boats are free to use after signing a liability waiver. Life jackets (provided) must be worn when on the water.
Children under 5 are FREE.
50% deposit required. We do not accept credit/debit cards. Personal/bank check for deposit. Same or cash for balance due upon arrival.
All Rentals are subject to 9% Maine State Lodging Tax.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
ALL COTTAGES ARE NON-SMOKING.
CANCELATION POLICY: Notification 30 days prior to arrival date for a full refund.
